For Creamy Tahini Dressing
1/3cuptahini
3tbsplemon juice
1clovegarlic, minced
2tspmaple syrup
3tbsplemon juice
2tspdijon mustardoptional for an extra zing!
3tbsp watermore if needed to thin
Instructions
For the Creamy Tahini Dressing: Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl (or small blender cup) until combined. Adjust the consistency of the dressing by adding more cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
For the Bowl
Split veggies, chickpeas, and falafel between 3-4 bowls and drizzle with Creamy Tahini Dressing.
